TIPS & TRICK - MAKING A PHONE CALL

To use your SGT as primary telecommunication device, be it a normal phone calls or VOIP, you have to understand one thing. SGT do not come with normal handphone speaker instead it only come with loud speaker which work fantastically. Provided you don’t mind allowing the whole room hearing your conversation.

The other option would be to attach the handsfree via 3.5mm jackpot at the top of the SGT but nowadays who like having wires tangling around your phone….yikes…

So the best and bit costly option would be getting you a Bluetooth headset. Thus from my experience this is my advice

  • Pay peanut and you got monkey. We are flooded with thousands of cheap Bluetooth handset on the market. But a cheap one will come with very poor reception resulting in you not hearing what the others trying to say, and possibilities of disconnection in the middle of conversation. A cheap one come with bad battery life as well. That really suck
  • A medium priced Bluetooth headset with give you suffice connection stability, but clarity of the voice may not be crystal clear
  • A pricey one could work with multiple connections at a time and the bliss of clear voice coming out of that little speaker. I would recommend Jabra as reasonably priced and good quality. But there are hundreds other brand as well. Just be careful with so called Nokia brand for mostly, it is imitation.

With Bluetooth not only your calling experience become better, it is also good when you are driving. And considering the size of SGT, it is much more convenience to talk over the Bluetooth.

But the downside would be Bluetooth connection is a bitch to your battery. It suck out your juice like one hell of thirsty m*****f*****. So be ready with your charger. Or else in the next posting (not sure when) you can follow some of my tips on how to save your juice.
